Canvas

A creative youth group shaped by you

Canvas is a youth-led creative programme for 13–18-year-olds in Wellingborough. It’s designed to give young people a voice, build new skills, and make a difference through the arts.

Whether you’re interested in music, art, events, media, or just want to try something new – this is a space where you can explore creativity, meet new people, and talk about the things that matter to you. Oh, and there’s pizza.

    Work experience week (July 2024)

    Marketing workshop

The Made With Many marketing team joined a session to help the group shape how they promote their next event.

    How it started

Canvas grew out of a youth forum pilot (2022–2023), run with Support Northamptonshire and funded by the Office of the Police, Fire & Crime Commissioner. The young people involved delivered creative projects and made a short film about the social impact of their work – calling for support to keep it going.

Since then, they’ve created festivals, murals, music, podcasts, and more. Now it’s your turn to shape what happens next.
