In the stocks at Corby Pole Fair 1982 © Glyn Dobbs Take the Corby Pole Fair survey An online survey has been set up to gather ideas from local people to feed into plans for the next Corby Pole Fair in 2022, and we would be grateful if you could spend a few minutes telling us about the Pole Fair (even if you've never been to one) and what you would like to see happening. Corby Pole Fair is a unique event that takes place every 20 years, in and around Corby Old Village, to celebrate the Royal Charter granted to the people of Corby by Queen Elizabeth I. The tradition is at least 400 years old! The next Pole Fair will take place on Friday 3rd June 2022 and we would love as many people in and around Corby to take part as possible.
