Creativity for wellbeing Made With Many have been working with the Borough Council of Wellingborough on their Health and Wellbeing programme for employees. We offered six online workshops exploring different types of creativity and its role in relaxation, boosting confidence and helping people to discover their interests. Wellingborough Producer, Sarah Brown, commented: "Activities have been designed by local artists and practitioners and have included nature crafting, visual arts, singing, dance and gardening. We look forward to being able to offer similar workshops to the community in future." Feedback from participants "Collecting the nature resources before the session was a good idea. It was a relaxing, grounding exercise. This was a taster session so we tried different projects. It would be nice to take my time over one activity."
