I work with all ages and abilities, from groups for community / charity groups and local businesses corporate and wellbeing days.

Green men and wild women – Lisa Lovett
Where do you find inspiration?
I wanted to become an artist at the age of 4 when I saw my Dad draw a horse. He taught me step by step and I was hooked.
Inspiration – Frida Kahlo, nature, green men, frescos, Roman votives, stained glass, medieval paintings, iron age pottery, sculpture gardens, walking in nature, and dancing to good music.
What advice would you give to anyone who wants to be an artist in Northamptonshire?
“Keep going.” As my stroke consultant said, “You can do anything, apart from fly without a plane.”
Do you have any memories of Made With Many Projects that are important to you?
I absolutely loved delivering Play with Clay drop in activity that was chosen by Corby residents to be part of Family Arts Festival. This confirmed that a person led way of learning was wanted locally. I’ve since visited other settings to research a theory I have about how best to access creativity.
What is your favourite biscuit or treat?
It’s got to be Scottish shortbread, the best biscuit to dunk in my tea.
