Made With Many are seeking an artist or group of artists to deliver a creative consultation make and take activity for Summer events in Wellingborough and Corby.
We are looking for an artist or group of artists to deliver an exciting creative activity that engages audiences of all ages in which participants will be able to take-away their creation. It is essential this activity gently engages participants in consultation about the next 3 years of arts and culture within their town. Artists will need to provide all materials for the session with up to 150 participants per session.
Applications close: Friday 19th June at 9am.
Artists may apply to deliver at one or both of the following events, please make this clear within your application.
Saturday 8th August 2026 (daytime – times to be confirmed) – Swansgate Shopping Centre, Wellingborough
Saturday 15th August 2026 (daytime – times to be confirmed) – Willow Place Shopping Centre, Corby
The activity
Your activity will need to:
- Appeal to a family audience, with a wide range of ages
- Be exciting to join in with, accessible and be able to be made in a relatively short period of engagement (less than 20 minutes)
- Provide an element of consultation within the activity, that could feed into future MWM programme ideas
- Allow participants to add to their own creations/designs to the activity
The opportunity is open to all visual arts practices. Activities must be suitable for participants with no previous experience.
After the event, the artist will share feedback and consultation findings with Made With Many. The reporting format can be agreed based on the proposed activity.
