Corby Mardi Gras 2017

A Magical Adventure Down the Rabbit Hole…

Corby Mardi Gras was a much-anticipated magical adventure for many. Over 4,000 people journeyed down a windy path through the woods to witness many illuminated sculptures. From dragons to a family of deer, there were so many beautiful lanterns for the people of Corby to witness. From the feedback we have received, many people enjoyed the event!

In the centre of the field, there was a stage filled with many talented local artists. The live performances opened at 5pm with the following acts:

  • Big About Singing – Corby Community Choir led by Lisa Matthewman
  • Shape Dance – led by Julie Cardwell
  • The Steel Spirit Cheerleading Club
  • Café Jazz
  • Soundpost
  • Oh Brother!
  • Drop The T
