Time to… CREATE – dance with Tina Heeley

A new dance class for over 65s led by Tina Heeley which will explore dance and movement in a friendly and relaxed environment.

A great opportunity to meet like-minded people and be creative, whilst gaining the physical and mental benefits from participating in dance. No experience is needed, just a willingness to try something new!

This class is open to over 65s from all backgrounds and abilities who are able to move independently. Just wear something you can move around in, turn up and enjoy!

COST: FREE for over 65s
