BUB CLUB presents MUM CLUB
Every Monday, 1pm – 2.30pm at Little Jimmy’s, Pen Green Children’s Centre.
What is Mum Club?
Mum Club is a relaxed and friendly group for mums with pre-walking babies. Drop-in at any time between 1pm and 2.30pm for time to chat with the Mums and have a brew plus we’ll have different creative stations with activities you can choose to have a play with.
Enjoy the session in the way that works best for you and your baby – there is no pressure to do anything – pick and mix what you’d like to do each week!
Pen Green staff will also be there to offer any support and advice for you and your baby.
What are these creative activity stations?
We will have activity stations set up each week with different activities, these might include:
- sensory toys for your baby to play with
- music to listen to
- or make a keepsake of your little one, such as a painted footprint!
The stations will be led by Eleanor Hodgkinson, a collaborative pianist and founder of BabyGigs, and Phiona Richards, our Associate Artist and craft artist.
How do I join?
Just pop along anytime between 1pm and 2.30pm, no need to book.

Do I need to bring anything?
Nope! Just bring yourself and your baby, and anything you’d like to make yourself comfortable e.g. a blanket to lie baby on. We have toys, sofas and cushions in the space for you to use as well.
What happens if my baby needs changing or feeding?
No problem! Whatever your baby needs from you is all okay; whether it’s a nappy change, a feed, a nap, a cuddle, whatever it might be – it can all happen here!
