Corby Mardi Gras

4th March 2017 @ 5:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Same Sky Lantern - Corby Mardi Gras

Made With Many (formerly Made in Corby) have been working with the East Carlton community panel to create Corby Mardi Gras, a spectacular illuminated walk through East Carlton Park where members of the Corby borough can journey through the woods at twilight, discovering beautiful light sculptures as they go! Expect to find enjoyable entertainment by local musicians and dancers and be immersed in the magic by live performances! As it may be a bit cold, there will also be hot food and drinks available to purchase throughout the evening. Make sure to wear sturdy shoes and wrap up warm!

Corby Mardi Gras Flyer

Take a windy path through the night woods and see the normal in a different light. Join us in a journey of light and sound as we sleep-walk past the familiar and are transported to exotic lands, but don’t stray off the path for there may be dragons! Our night walk takes between 30 and 40 mins and is always on the paths. If we are very busy you may be asked to wait a brief while to start the walk, but don’t panic there is a full stage programme and refreshments on hand to keep you entertained before and after your trip.
