Older People’s Programme: Evaluator Brief

Made in Corby have received a grant from the Scottish Power Foundation for a year-long programme of creative activities for over 65’s, culminating in a weekend-long event at The Core at Corby Cube with performances, exhibitions and workshops. We’ll be working with older people in 3 settings across Corby to enable older people to be more creative across a range of art forms including visual arts, craft, photography, dance, music and theatre. The settings include Corby Library and two residential settings.

We are looking for an external evaluator to help us to demonstrate the impact of this programme on the health and well-being of participants. We want to be able to demonstrate the impact of our work to potential partners, particularly health bodies, and are looking for an evaluator to work alongside the team to achieve this. We are open to recommendations of which existing measures and methodologies would be best for this project, though we are particularly interested in using a methodology that would allow us to compare the impact of our work with non-arts programmes.

Deadline for Applications: 9am on Monday 15th April 2019.
